A seventh person has been charged in relation to a shooting at the Sofitel Hotel in Auckland last month.
In the incident on 15 April, shots were fired at the hotel in the city's Viaduct Harbour.
The shooting was part of a gang conflict between the Mongols and the Headhunters, but there were no reported injuries in the attack.
Detective Inspector John Sutton said a 25-year-old man was arrested in Northland this morning following a search warrant in Whananaki.
He appeared today in the Whangārei District Court charged with being an accessory after the fact and was due to appear in the Auckland District Court later this month.
Last Thursday, a 48-year-old man was arrested and charged in Northland with being an accessory after the fact.
He was charged after he was located at the same property as the 27-year-old man who was arrested and charged with serious firearms offences.
The 48-year-old man was also due to appear in Auckland District Court later this month.
Sutton said further arrests were possible.
