A search for missing 84-year old Hamilton man has been scaled down, police say.

Raymond Stirling, who is described as frail with mild dementia was last seen near his Flagstaff home at the beginning of last week.
Police and Land Search and Rescue searched the northern suburbs of the city last week and on the weekend.
There is no land search today but police are continuing to check the Waikato River by boat.
The police say they have received a number of calls about Mr Stirling but still want more information and for people in the area to keep checking their sheds and backyards.
