Two passengers on board an Air Niugini flight which crashed in Micronesia last year are suing the company.

It comes amid a probe into Papua New Guinea's national carrier by the country's Accident Investigation Commission.
The passengers were on board Air Niugini Flight 73, which ran short of a runway on the island of Chuuk in September, sinking in a lagoon.
One person died and six were injured.
Last month, Chuuk residents Tatiana Patricio and Easteen Lokopwe filed complaints for damages in the Federated States of Micronesia Supreme Court.
Court documents showed the pair claim Air Niugini was negligent and failed to keep people safe.
They are seeking damages including for medical expenses, property damage and grief.
A spokesperson for Air Niugini told the Post Courier any claims made have yet to assessed by the investigation.
