The CNMI-based operation said the denials affected its ability to maintain and continue its business operations.

The owners of the Tinian Dynasty filed a lawsuit yesterday against US Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of Homeland Security secretary Jeh Johnson, and USCIS director Leon Rodriguez.

The owners said that Tinian Dynasty was harmed by the agency decision that ultimately impacted on more than three quarters of the casino hotel's employees.

Last week, Tinian Dynasty announced it would shut down its operations temporarily due to lack of customers.
